Refund policy

In accordance with Kuwait’s Consumer Protection laws, items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

 For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as socks or undergarments) may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
